Object and scope of application
These Terms and Conditions regulate the distance selling of floral and complementary products through this website, under the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).
Products and features
The products offered (bouquets, plants, accessories) are described in detail, including type, composition, and price.
Due to the nature of fresh flowers, there may be variations in color, shape, or size compared to the images, while always maintaining quality and style.
Order and formalization of the contract
The order is finalized once the purchase process is complete and email confirmation is received.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all information (address, phone number, date) is correct before completing the order.
Order delivery
- We offer delivery in Barcelona and surrounding areas, subject to availability.
- The chosen time and date are approximate, except in special circumstances.
- If delivery is not possible, the customer will be contacted to reschedule or cancel.
- If the recipient is not present, the package will be considered delivered if a delivery notice is left in the mailbox.
Right of withdrawal
According to current legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Legal exception: This right does not apply to products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, such as fresh flowers. Therefore, flower bouquets cannot be returned once delivered.
Complementary products (stuffed animals, vases, wine, chocolates, etc.) may be returned within 14 days, provided that:
- They are in perfect condition.
- They are returned in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the company by email or in writing, indicating the order and the reason for the return.
Product guarantees and conformity
All our products comply with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If a product is not as described or has defects, the customer can contact customer service within 2 months of discovering the defect, and we will arrange for repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination at no additional cost.
Price and payment methods
Prices include VAT but not always shipping costs, which are detailed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely through payment gateways (credit card or PayPal) using protected methods.
Use of personal data
The data provided will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and will only be used to manage orders and incidents, surveys or service analysis with rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation by the user.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law and, in the event of a dispute, the courts of Barcelona (Spain) will have jurisdiction.
